Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Free Tracked UK & International Shipping

We're based in the UK, and our online shop proudly serves international customers across Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore.

Shipping Methods

  • UK Orders: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next business day)
  • International Orders: Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 business days)

    Duties & Customs Fees Refund Guarantee

    We always aim to support our international customers who may incur extra costs beyond their order value. If your shipping address is outside the UK, please note that we do not collect duties or import taxes at checkout.

    Refund for Duties & Customs Fees: If you’re asked to pay duties or customs clearance fees, don’t worry! We’ll refund the amount. Just email us at info@lulu-lane.com with your order number, full name, and proof of payment (e.g., a photo of the receipt, or an email from your local shipping partner), and we’ll take care of the rest.

    EU Customers:

      • Order value below €150: VAT is collected at checkout, so no additional duties or taxes will apply. 
      • Order value exceeds €150: Under the EU's IOSS regulations post-Brexit,  VAT will be charged upon delivery rather than at the time of placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

    Please note that customs regulations vary by country. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, occasional delays due to customs procedures may occur.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the provided link to stay updated on its progress.

    Lost or Delayed Shipments

    While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times, especially for international shipments, may vary due to factors involving both the UK courier and your local one. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
